I'm Robert Davis, CMT, Owner/Founder of Davis Recovery Therapy. For 25 years I've worked alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, and professional athletes to deliver results-driven bodywork. Today my practice serves athletes recovering from training, active professionals managing daily wear, post-surgical clients regaining mobility, and people in their 50s, 60s, and beyond who want to keep moving well as they age.

My approach blends sports massage, manual therapy, assisted stretching, and lymphatic techniques to reduce pain, restore mobility, and help you keep doing what you love...at every age and stage.
